1.Açaí and Blueberry smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

 > 100 gm of organic açaí;

 > 150 ml of blueberry juice;

> 1 spoon of honey.

STEPS:

> Partially defrost organic açaí under running water for a few seconds;

> Break the pulp into small pieces to facilitate the blending process;

> Open the sachet. You can use a knife or scissors;

 > Put blueberry juice, açaí and honey into the blend;

> Mix together until you get a smooth consistency.

 

 

2.Açaí and Guaranà smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

> 100 gm of organic açaí with guaranà;

> 1/2 of banana or 4 strawberries;

> 150 ml of water or milk.

STEPS:

> Partially defrost organic açaí under running water for a few seconds;

> Break the pulp into small pieces to facilitate the blending process;

> Open the sachet. You can use a knife or scissors;

> Put banana, açaí and water (or milk) into the blend;

> Mix together until you get a smooth consistency.

 

3.Açaí and Strawberry smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

> 100 gm of organic açaí;

> 4 strawberries;

> 150 ml of water or milk.

STEPS:

4. Açaí and Banana smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

> 100 gm of organic açaí;

> 1/2 of banana;

> 1 spoon of honey;

> 150 ml of water or milk.

STEPS:

> Put sliced banana, açaí, honey and water (or milk) into the blend;
